A Minecraft server I started in 2021 with my friend Waffles. More than 400,000 unique players have joined since, with 700 online at our peak. I built its core plugin and staff system, and I lead its team.

Two friends and a server
I started MystiCraft in 2021 with my friend Waffles. What began as a server run by the two of us has grown every year since. More than 400,000 unique players have joined, and at our peak 700 were online at the same time.
What I built
- The core plugin. I built the core plugin the server runs on.
- The staff system. I built the system the staff team works with every day.
What I run
- Team management. I lead the team behind the server and keep everyone working toward the same thing.
- Store and monetisation. I run the store and decide how the server makes money.
- Events. I plan and run events for the players.
- Community management. I look after the community, in game and on Discord.
What it taught me
MystiCraft is where I learned to build for real people. Every change ships to a community that notices, so I care about getting it right, keeping it fast, and listening to the players it is for.
